Even though New Super Mario Bros. 2 is just around the corner, Nintendo’s been keeping their cards fairly close to their chest. Sure, we know that it has Mario, a co-op mode, and the goal of collecting 1-million coins, but there’s a lot more lurking just under the surface of what Nintendo’s shown.

They take a look at new enemy-types you may have missed, what the new level backgrounds might suggest, and estimate how long it might take to actually collect the ridiculous goal of 1-million coins!
