Given that every screenshot looks like art, eagle diving into this coffee table book is like mainlining Ancient Egypt. Beautiful concept images from Ubi artists are everywhere and there’s plenty of background info on weapons, characters and locations to pore over for bonus lore. Also, prepare to coo like a crowd at fireworks when you see the fold out panoramas which will immediately make you want to level up your PC to 3 screens. Widescreen just isn’t wide enough, dammit.

I personally can’t think of a board game that so perfectly encapsulates an eternal and bloodthirsty global war through thousands of years between two rival moral viewpoints than Monopoly. Oh, wait.. Well, regardless of my opinion, you can buy two different themed Assassin’s Creed versions of the world’s most famous property trading game. Complete with Egyptian-style base and an LED lighting system (something that Those Who Came Before probably didn’t need), this replica of one of the most coveted Pieces of Eden hopefully won’t give you control of your friends and family.
