Harley Quinn’s fragile mental state has taken a violent turn for the worse thanks to the events of Arkham City. But at some point during all the maniacal laughing, cop killing, and caking on the mascarazy, she found the clarity of thought to place exactly 30 Harley Balloon collectibles for Batman and Robin to find.
This guide is written in a walkthrough fashion, showing you where each balloon is (and numbering them) in the order we found most convenient. There are only three locations visited throughout the downloadable content, so refer to the maps below and use the screens and text for further detail. Should you miss any balloons on your first playthrough of this DLC, don’t worry – when you play through again, only the balloons you missed will be there to find.
