Walmart Plus (opens in new tab) is not only a great way to shop with the retailer, but today’s Cyber Monday PS5 restock looks like it’s going to be exclusive to Walmart Plus members. This makes it worthy of a spin for those still chasing a PS5 stock this year, and at $13 a month, it’s not bad value. It’s potentially happening – a Cyber Monday PS5 restock could very well be imminent today at one of the biggest retailers. A couple of days ago Walmart’s PS5 product page included details of the next PS5 restock, highlighting today, Cyber Monday, as the date that more stock would be available to shoppers. 

However. Straight away we must say that those details are no longer on the product pages, so this could be a false alarm. But given the fact that they were there and clearly had a purpose to explain the details of the next PS5 restock, we think it’s worth persevering and trying with this stock drop and behaving like it’s coming. The details specified that the stock would drop from 12pm ET on Monday, November 29.

And here’s another twist. The details that were on the page described the Cyber Monday PS5 restock as being exclusive to Walmart Plus members. This is something we’ve seen Walmart do before, along with other retailers, but previously this was only for early access. If this is for full and exclusive access, then it’s upping the ante somewhat. Still, at $12.95 a month (opens in new tab), it’s not bad value for its benefits, and particularly so if it finally gets you that PS5. Plus, you can always cancel it after you’ve used it too.

We’ve seen Amazon use its Prime membership as a hurdle to buying a PS5 before too, and while it’s a bit of an annoyance having to buy something just to be able to have a chance of buying something else, the extra benefits that these provide are usually worth it. But, for today’s sake, and if it means you can finally bag that elusive PS5 stock, then signing up today to Walmart Plus could be the move of the sales period for you.

It’s worth noting that Amazon (opens in new tab) and Sony Direct have also come to the rescue this month with PS5 restocks in the last week, so the stock elsewhere could be running low – making this PS5 stock drop one of the best Cyber Monday gaming deals and maybe last chances to get a console in before the holidays.

If you’re looking to spend as little as possible, there’s always the Digital Edition.
